Your tasks:
- Create, validate, and maintain CNC machine programs using CAM software to ensure repeatable, high-quality product production.
- Create and manage tooling inventory, selection, lifecycle, cost, and structure by means of the tool management system to support efficient machining operations.
- Oversee program management for manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and traceability across product lines.
- Troubleshoot machinery uptime issues and drive toward permanent, cost-effective, long-term solutions.
- Research, design, and develop manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment utilization.
- Analyze products and processes to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality and design engineering to define and establish process capability and control methods.
- Influential in achieving plant quality objectives and implementing engineering changes.
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) projects to ensure smooth ramp-up and integration into production.
- Maintain an active presence on the shop floor to provide hands-on support through tooling, fixturing, CAM programming, and method standardization.
- Support day-to-day production activities to meet customer product demand.
- Create and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.

Your skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field, or a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or CAM programming role, with a focus on CNC machining and process development.
- Proficient in machining for Turning and Milling; experience with multifunction mill-turn machines is preferred.
- Skilled in CAM programming with simulation capabilities to validate and optimize machining processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and component-level production; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing tooling systems and CNC program libraries, with attention to cost, lifecycle, and structure.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, manufacturing order instructions, and technical documentation.
- Able to write process documentation and reports that are easy to follow and implement.
- Ability to calculate and analyze production costs, maintenance expenses, and other key manufacturing metrics.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting machine or system issues using manuals, schematics, and technical resources.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with co-workers, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, email, and word processing tools.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
