Requirements
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and other logistical needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle executive communications professionally.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Executive Assistant, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Sharepoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Prior experience in a corporate or executive-level support role.
